M3 is currently looking to hire two Summer Interns for the summer of 2025, in the following areas of the business: M3 Components and M3 MEP Electrical Estimating. The dates for the internship are June 2nd 2025 through August 8th 2025.

Responsibilities:
Daily responsibilities will vary from position to position. The overall structure of the program will include:
Interns will be paired with a mentor for the duration of the program
Three structured check-ins throughout the program including:
- Month 1: Job tour day with VP of Operations and Field Operations Manager
- Month 2: Mid-way program lunch and check-in
- Month 3: Career planning meeting - 1:1 with Talent leader or mentor
Opportunity for part-time work during the school year following successful completion of the program.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Looking to be a part of a team that is Leading The Evolution of Construction
- Currently enrolled or recent graduate in a higher-education program with related field of study
- Ability to work with a team and independently.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective communication internally and externally.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
