Manufacturing Supervisor Machine Shop - Weekend Shift

JOB SUMMARY

Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is seeking an experienced, organized Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily operations within the Machine Shop, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining safety & quality standards. This role manages a team of Manual & CNC Machinists, coordinates workflow, and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety. The Manufacturing Supervisor will also troubleshoot equipment issues and liaison with other departments to optimize manufacturing processes.

This is a full-time, hourly weekend position hiring at $27.00-$32.00 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications. As part of the compensation for this role, Leitner-Poma also offers a $5.00 shift differential for your weekend dedication.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma/GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership position.
• Authorized to work in the United States of America.
• Proficient in the English language.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated experience using Lean 6 Sigma management principles and practices.
