Responsibilities
The Hepatobiliary (HPB) and Pancreatic Cancer Program Manager will manage / oversee all aspects of the Program impacting delivery of high-quality patient care. The Program Manager designs, implements, and evaluates system- wide Program components as applicable to each clinical entity within the scope of the HPB and Pancreatic Cancer Program. Additionally, the Program Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and supervising various elements of the Program's lead physician practice - Atlanta Liver and Pancreatic Surgical Specialists. Responsibilities may include oversight of billing and collections, daily practice operations, evaluation of patient support service delivery, and/or supervision of employees.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field. 2. Strong administrative/management/supervisory experience as evidenced by: a. Plan, organize, direct, and control activities of an organization, department, or service within or across a hospital or similar entity b. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, physicians, and others 3. Minimum (3) years management experience in business or healthcare- related services. PREFERRED:Physician practice, ambulatory care, surgery, or oncology management experience.
