As a Manager in SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting, you will be a key contributor to the financial reporting and technical accounting process, while thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, rapidly growing, and ever-changing business environment. YOU’RE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL…
- Lead the preparation of external filings and internal reports, such as the 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and Earnings Release, ensuring financial statements and footnotes are presented in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of XBRL reporting on a quarterly basis.
- Review and tie-out Investor Relations presentations and other materials.
- Prepare stock-based compensation accounting under ASC 718, including reconciliations for grants and forfeitures, as well as assisting in valuation of new grants.
- Prepare technical accounting research for new, significant or unusual transactions and document appropriate treatment in a memorandum.
- Monitor new accounting pronouncements and SEC developments, build project plans and lead implementation efforts.
- Collaborate with Corporate Accounting and Legal to ensure accurate financial information and disclosures.
- Provide relevant documentation to auditors and answer inquiries as necessary.
- Maintain controls and documentation that complies with SOX.
- Continuously improve processes and partner with other groups to create efficiencies in financial reporting.
- Support ad-hoc projects from time to time.
WE’RE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE…
- You have 5+ years of work experience, including financial reporting experience. A mix of Big Four public accounting experience and industry experience is ideal.
- A CPA license is highly preferred, but not required.
- You have strong technical accounting skills, including experience writing technical accounting memos, and a detailed understanding of current GAAP standards.
- You have experience with stock-based compensation accounting under ASC 718.
- You possess a strong analytical mind and are comfortable juggling multiple tasks while meeting hard deadlines.
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, a problem solver with a can-do attitude and strong desire to drive changes.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the Company.
- You are highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly manipulate and analyze large data sets and build reports. Experience with Workiva Wdesk and Oracle GL is a plus.

Compensation and BenefitsOur anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market. This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance.
