The Manager, Salesforce Administration will own the ongoing development of our Salesforce deployment. This hands-on leader will not only have good technical skills, but will be able to multitask, be self-sufficient, be confident, think ahead, be proactive, communicate effectively and have good soft skills. The Manager, Salesforce Administration will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes including Sales, Support, Professional Services, Marketing, Outreach and our core program business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part analyst. The Manager, Salesforce Administration will be responsible for execution on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the internal Reputation Salesforce Org

  • Supporting Salesforce CPQ users, requests, and updates

  • Provide routine support and user maintenance

  • Design, configure and administer SFDC including, but not limited to, Custom Objects, Flow, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, Lightning and Visualforce Pages, Data Imports/Updates, Apex code and supporting test classes

  • Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow and reporting

  • Support the integration of third-party applications

  • Work with Salesforce to understand their platform roadmap and how to apply enhancements to internal business challenges

  • Contribute knowledge and expertise around security models and governance

  • Initiate, plan and execute projects

  • Execute other assigned tasks as delegated

  • Provide general user training on using Salesforce

  • Maintain excellent communication with all end users

  • Promote service excellence

  • Additional duties as assigned

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certified - Must Have

  • Salesforce CPQ Certification - Must Have

Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience

  • Experience writing and executing user acceptance test plans

  • Experience deploying change sets from Salesforce sandbox environments

  • Familiar with common software development practices and methodologies

  • Experience with data modeling best practices

  • Experience with data mining and data cleansing techniques

  • Experience with Configuring and Managing Salesforce Communities

  • Familiarity with APEX

  • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude

  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to recognize, analyze and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner using industry best practices and procedures

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment
