Lucid Motors is seeking a Manager, Sales Enablement Systems to lead the development and ownership of business-side systems architecture supporting the entire customer journey. Acting as a strategic partner to IT and a critical resource for business stakeholders, this role ensures our systems are designed, implemented, and continuously optimized to meet evolving business needs. You will drive clarity across teams, align business priorities with technical solutions, and help future-proof our customer-facing systems as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Business Systems Architecture: Define and own the business architecture of Lucid’s customer systems, ensuring cohesive design across the entire customer journey
- Strategic Counterpart to IT: Serve as the primary business-side partner to IT, translating business strategies into system requirements, guiding solution designs, and ensuring business objectives are fully realized in technical implementations.
- Systems Strategy & Roadmaps: Collaborate with Product Owners, Program Managers, and Leadership to align system capabilities with long-term business goals and evolving customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Enablement: Ensure clear understanding of system dependencies, impacts, and opportunities across all business teams, fostering alignment and shared accountability.
- Process Optimization & Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive process maps, system workflows, and architectural documentation that support clarity, scalability, and knowledge sharing.
- Impact & Gap Analysis: Conduct in-depth assessments of proposed changes, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities to optimize business outcomes.
- Lead Business Readiness for System Rollouts: Oversee business-side activities for major system launches and enhancements, including testing coordination, training, and change management.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Leadership: Define UAT strategy, oversee execution, and ensure solutions are fully validated by business teams prior to deployment.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance system usability, and support data-driven decision making.
- Data Integrity & Reporting Support: Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure system architecture supports accurate data flow, reporting, and performance measurement.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role interfacing between business and technical teams.
- Proven track record leading business-side systems architecture in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Strong collaboration experience working as a strategic counterpart to IT, Product, and Program teams.
