Overview

The sales enablement team provides sales leaders and reps with the learning materials, deploying programs, initiatives, content, and resources that enable customer-facing teams to execute the core-aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as it relates to selling and revenue performance.

Partnering with the sales team and broader enablement team, the sales enablement manager will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program
  • Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Build a trusted relationship with sales reps
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
  • Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
  • Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need
  • Develop assessments to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum and learner performance, integrating results into new and existing course curriculum
  • Operationalize processes to drive efficiency and performance, and remove obstacles by finding creative and repeatable solutions.
  • Communicate regularly with our GTM Team Leads, Customer Success Teams, Operations Teams, and Revenue Enablement teams, and more to ensure consistency of experience across teams, an innovative curriculum, documentation, assessments, and effectiveness

  

Qualifications 

Minimum Qualifications  

  • 3+ years’ experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, onboarding or learning and development
  • 5+ years of Program Management
  • Understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
  • Experience with sales enablement tools (ZoomInfo, SalesForce, etc)
