Full Time, Days 40 hours per weekManages, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration and completion of planning, design and construction projects within AC. Has authority for staff personnel actions. Responsible for overall design of all AC facilities. Manages design team. Manages relationship with design firm partners.

1. Oversees and manages Planning, Design and Construction Projects.
2. Coordinates planning, design and construction project activities and disciplines with AC operations
3. Accountable for coaching team on all project communication between client and project team. Intercedes when issues arise to build/restore relationships
4. Establish alliances with other departments and organizations by recognizing dependencies in order to assess potential partnership and commitment to the program.
5. Maintains the knowledge necessary to develop department goals, metrics of performance and programs relevant to areas of responsibility.
6. Responsible for Human Resource actions for reporting staff, to include hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, and annual performance evaluations.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
