About the role

To qualify for the CT‐343‐12 Management & Program Analyst position, applicants must demonstrate one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the CT‐11 (or GS‐11) level, that includes: Conducting program analysis, program evaluation, performance measurement, or foundational fact‐finding used to support management decisions. Developing recommendations to improve productivity, operational efficiency, or program effectiveness, including applying process improvement methodologies to identify and address organizational challenges. Interpreting laws, regulations, policies, agency manuals, and authoritative guidance to assess compliance and devise methods for carrying out studies and analyses. Analyzing complex qualitative and quantitative data, including statistical analysis related to program issues, and preparing findings, reports, briefings, or recommendations for management. Providing advisory services to managers or senior officials, influencing acceptance and implementation of program findings, often requiring persuasive communication.
