Maintenance Coordinator

INCOG BioPharma is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our Facilities and Engineering Department. The Maintenance Coordinator is an individual contributor responsible for coordinating and planning maintenance and calibration activities to maintain INCOG’s state of the art facility and assets. The Maintenance Coordinator serves as the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) system owner, where all work orders are completed to manage all maintenance and calibration activities. The Maintenance Coordinator will also be responsible for managing spare parts and general facility inventory.
Experience in a medical device manufacturing or sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing facility preferred but not required.
- Maintain equipment records in CMMS by adding or updating equipment records, maintaining equipment attributes, type, and function location, and maintaining equipment/ system drawings and manuals.
- Setup PM/ Calibration plans in CMMS for each piece of equipment, including frequency, mechanic tasks (Work Plan Templates), parts and tools needed.
- Generate On Demand PM/ Calibration work orders in CMMS.
- Monitor and report reliability or regulatory issues with equipment.
- Seek input from maintenance personnel, area managers, and engineers to continually improve and adjust PM plans based on equipment and part performance/ failures.
- Monitor and analyze CMMS part failure data to detect trends.
- Plan and schedule work for maintenance and calibration technicians, including estimated labor by craft and special equipment or permits needed.
- Identify and prepare Part Kits (or create purchase requisitions for any needed Non-Stock Parts).
- Interface with operations to validate work priority and equipment availability.
- Review work backlog that is ready to execute, selecting and scheduling backlog work, while minimizing downtime.
- Support maintenance and calibration investigations, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Technical/ Associate's degree
- 6+ years of experience in maintenance planning
- CMMS knowledge as it pertains to maintenance and operations
- Strong proficiency in industrial maintenance and electrical functions
- Ability to read and interpret engineering documents, drawings, and schematics
