Position Summary:

Louie’s is seeking a personable, energetic, and professional Cocktail Model Server to join our dynamic team. The Cocktail Model Server will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by providing detailed knowledge of our cocktail menu, offering recommendations, and ensuring a delightful guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

General Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the cocktail and beverage menu.
• Take orders accurately and provide insightful recommendations based on guests' preferences.
• Server cocktails and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure that all drinks are prepared to the highest standard of quality and presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and serving stations.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
• Stay up to date on menu changes, special promotions, and events.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experiences:

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol. 
• Previous experience as a Cocktail Server or in a similar role in a high-volume beverage or nightclub.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, champagnes, and beverage service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. 
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Appearance Standards:

• Maintain a well-groomed appearance that reflects the upscale and stylish image of the nightclub.
• Adhere to the venue's dress code, which may include wearing specific uniforms, cocktail attire, or fashion-forward outfits.
• Professional grooming and hygiene are essential.

Experience:

• Beverage or Nightclub experience: 2 years
• Modeling experience: 2 years (preferred)
