General Responsibilities:

• Answer the telephone promptly and professionally, providing assistance as needed.
• Take reservation requests and enter them into the POS system.
• Handle food-to-go orders and ensure they are ready for pick-up.
• Greet patrons warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Clean and maintain all menus (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), updating them as necessary.
• Assist management and service staff as needed.
• Keep the reception and hostess desk clean and orderly.

Non-Essential Functions: Assist in expediting food and drink orders as necessary.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Minimum one year of experience in a customer service role
• Minimum one year of experience as a hostess
• Excellent English communication skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
