Job Summary

Designs and develops learning frameworks and learning modules to deliver L&D services for internal and external clients. Leads the implementation of training and diverse learning solutions to enhance digital skills for users and customers. Leverages digital tools and AI to accelerate learning effectiveness and efficiency. Collaborates with partners, subject matter experts, trainers, and cross-functional teams to develop new L&D SKUs. Champions co-creation partnerships, builds strong networks within HR Tech and L&D communities, and strengthens AIS Academy’s brand as a leader in people and technology transformation.

Job Description

1. Manage partnership with Edtech, L&D providers, Content providers, Internal Business Partners and co-create L&D as as service products.

2. Develop and Design Learning Framework and Learning Modules to provide L&D services to clients inside and outside organization.

3. Develop HR Tech and L&D communites and stregthening AIS Academy as a trusted brand for people/technology transformer.

4. Help organizing public events to stregthen AIS Academy leadership in L&D space
