As Leadership & Development Partner at Saxo, you will join the Leadership & Development team and play a crucial role in delivering blended learning across the organisation. Together with great colleagues you will contribute to building a future proof foundation for learning & development at Saxo. 

You will join our team at Saxo's headquarters in Hellup, Denmark.

Responsibilities 

This position offers a great opportunity to take ownership of your tasks and priorities and shape the position depending on your knowledge, experience, and organisational priorities.

• Contribute to the development and facilitation of leadership development programs, workshops, and training initiatives both digitally, face-to-face and virtually to enhance leadership competencies 

• B uild and maintain an efficient onboarding programme for leaders

• Support learning and development activities in general

• Support leaders in navigating organisational change, providing guidance on change management and leadership alignment 

• Play a key role in developing, implementing, and evaluating targeted and scalable development opportunities 

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

• Contribute to the design and implementation of organisational development initiatives, such as culture change, team effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives   

• Collaborate with L&D colleagues, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of development initiatives with business priorities 

Your profile

You have experience/interest with utilising digital opportunities and offerings, and designing engaging learning opportunities that are blended, agile and scalable. 

You have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar position and enjoy staying updated on industry trends and best practices in leadership, learning and development to provide future proof development offerings. 

You enjoy working independently, as well as together with colleagues in the team and across the organisation and you take an active role in teamwork.
