Stash is seeking an experienced Lead, Platform Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a Lead TPM you will report to the Senior Director of TPM, partner with Trust, Business Operations, Money Movement and Account & Adapters domain leads which are in the Product Delivery / Platform organization.
What You'll Do
- Providing oversight on all the Platform projects in the product delivery department where you will be engaging with engineering and product managers as well as department directors on the health of the deliveries.
- Hands on project management for platform key projects where you will be engaging with engineers and product managers.
- Going further this role will have direct reports who are technical project managers working on the platform organization projects and directly reporting to the lead technical project manager.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Project Management at technology companies preferably, and familiarity with FinTech products
- Understanding of the system’s functionality and architecture down to its core components.
- Expertise in alignment across teams, reporting and providing transparency.
- Capable of adaptability and conflict resolution due to change in scope, missing timelines etc.
- Understands the vision/objective and kicks off new programs and manages and tracks software development programs through its various phases
- Communicates progress/blockers with all stakeholders clearly and on time
- Facilitates project methodologies and ceremonies
- Manages risks/issues in timely manner
- Negotiates with both internal and external partners on the timing of dependencies to ensure successful delivery
- Builds a network of peers with trust as currency and a shared goal as the motivator
- Applies engineering standards to the program and its dependencies
