Job Type:              Full Time 

Duties: Leads the development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics and machine learning algorithm & recommendation to solve business problems. Lead the development of Analytical capabilities with the aim of creating long-term strategic data/analytics assets for the company. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics Engineering, Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science related occupation.

Position Required Skills: Performing descriptive analysis for various use cases and line of business (LOB) using SQL, Python and other related frameworks/software libraries; Anomaly reporting using Python and snowflake; Dashboard creation using tools like Tableau, SQL, Teradata, Oracle and Postgres; Automated emails using Microsoft Office 365 suite of tools including Power Automate, and Power BI; Metrics analysis for different line of business using SAS; Workflow management tools including Github or Apache Airflow; and Central Compliance management and monitoring for senior management using Microsoft suite of software tools and ServiceNow incident management.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $116,334 to $147,100. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.  Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
