The Talent Acquisition Lead provides high-level administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team. This role will serve as a lead to the Talent Acquisition Coordinators, providing guidance, managing workload assignment, and team support as needed.  

 Job Requirements 

Education 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 

• Bachelors preferred 

Work Experience 

• 3+ years of administrative support or related experience 

Required Licenses/Certifications
