OVERVIEW:

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Process Mapping

• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize process and operational opportunities and create efficiencies

• Document and analyze current state processes; design, document/map, and communicate future- state process, including automation opportunities

• Direct meetings, interviews, and workshops to gather requirements necessary for design solutions and lead future state implementation plans

• Develop key reporting metrics to quantify impact of pre and post process efficiency improvement

• Leverage findings to influence future store design and operational processes

Project Management

• Coordinate and complete various project management tasks including, communication and training plans, leadership status reports, and standardized tools/process guides

• Identify key risks or roadblocks and provide leadership recommendations to drive work and process efficiencies

Change Management

• Lead business systems implementation and change management for adoption and sustainability cross-functionally

• Provides expert data analysis, consultation for advisement for large scale, complex data processes, business processes and system interfaces

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree Business; Technology; Communication, Engineering or other related discipline

• 7-10 years experience Business Process Design Experience Retail Experience preferred

• Lean Six Sigma Certification (green belt or higher) Required

• PMP preferred

• Change Management Certification preferred

• Current/Future State Process Mapping Required

• Ability to define a problem, evaluate its requirements, and implement processes or systems with communication and adoption plans.

• Ability to analyze and challenge current processes, identify gaps and areas of improvement and document future state processes and procedures.

• Strong leadership and organization and collaboration skills

• Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environment with changing landscape and still deliver results

• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to communicate with and work at different levels and across different disciplines

• Experience with Construction Management software such as Procore and scheduling software such as Oracle Primavera Cloud or P6 to support scalability preferred.
