Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Boomi Integration Developer and Lead to design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Boomi's Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS). The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, proven experience in integration architecture, and leadership abilities to mentor junior developers as the team grows and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Implementation
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using Boomi.
  • Develop integration flows, connectors, and interfaces across various enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Oracle, AWS, Azure).
  • Implement Boomi processes for data synchronization, transformation, and orchestration.
  • Develop reusable components, frameworks, and utilities to improve integration efficiency.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations.
• Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead a team of integration developers, providing technical mentorship and guidance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data engineers, and infrastructure teams to align integration efforts with business goals.
• Strategy & Best Practices
  • Establish and enforce best practices for integration development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Contribute to the architecture and design of enterprise-level integration strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in iPaaS and integration technologies.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in developing integration solutions with Boomi.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts, including APIs, REST, SOAP, ETL, and message queues.
• Proficiency in designing integration processes and workflows using Boomi Atoms, Molecules, and Clouds.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems like Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Strong skills in SQL, and other integration-related languages.
• Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and industry protocols (HTTP, FTP, SFTP, JMS).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
