To join our team as a Launch Project Strategist! This role directly impacts a mission-driven, energetic workforce who are changing the way people use energy! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that new projects are effectively and efficiently launched to align with our Statement of Work (SOW) and exceed our client expectations.  The Launch Project Strategist will be the point person for all teams during the launch, until full operation is assumed by the delivery team.

This is a remote position. Ideal candidates live in the Central Region (WI, IN, MN, IL, IA, NE, MO, AR, TX, TN, LA, GA, FL, AL, MS, NM, CO, KS, OK, NC, SC).​

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… ​

• Implement new launch workflows across all aspects of project launch activities, for multiple program types, while ensuring launch adheres to scope, budget and timelines as defined within the SOWs

• Manage the project life-cycle - including strategy, design, development, resourcing, and implementation – across a multitude of stakeholders, to drive accountability towards numerous milestones

• Successfully manage multiple priorities for several resources and projects at one time, with detailed scheduled reports on measurable items Following each launch, evaluate the results and share learnings with the Launch Director, and implement Action Plans as needed

• Administer engagements with clients during launch in collaboration with regional operational staff

• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide identify problems, create solutions, implement efficiency improvements, and escalates issues appropriately

• Demonstrate ability to negotiate conflict, manage differences of opinion, and communicate with all different personality types among team members effectively

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

• Project Management Experience -Full project life-cycle, including strategy, design, development, resourcing, and implementation. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)

• Stakeholder Management Experience- Ability to manage and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring accountability and alignment with project goals

• Multi-tasking and Prioritization- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills

• Communication Skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse personality types and team members
