Summary
All Native Group is seeking a tech-forward, entry-level Business Development Data Analyst to support modernization efforts in identifying, qualifying, and tracking government contracting opportunities. This role combines traditional business development with modern technologies, including AI tools, data analytics, automation platforms, and CRM systems (Salesforce/Technomile), to improve pipeline development and strategic planning. Ideal for someone curious about the federal contracting space and passionate about uncovering insights from large datasets, this position is hands-on and offers exposure to key areas of the government acquisition lifecycle. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, automate workflows, and produce actionable insights that inform capture and proposal efforts.
Essential Functions
- Identify and qualify government contracting opportunities from platforms like SAM.gov, FPDS, GovWin, and USAspending.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to synthesize research and generate internal briefings.
- Automate workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or similar tools to streamline data collection and analysis.
- Analyze market, industry, and competitor data to inform capture strategy, pricing, and proposal positioning.
- Extract, clean, and visualize data from internal and external sources using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Develop dashboards and reports that summarize market trends, pipeline activity, and agency forecasts.
- Support the creation and maintenance of opportunity tracking in Salesforce/Technomile, including data entry, status updates, and reporting.
- Monitor BD-related tools and technologies to propose efficiency improvements.
- Assist in preparing summaries from webinars, conferences, and industry events using transcription or note-taking AI tools.
- Collaborate with proposal and capture managers to gather opportunity intelligence, maintain content libraries, and update templates.
- Present findings and methodology clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from structured and unstructured datasets.
- Exceptional data visualization skills using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Ability to research and extract insights from business databases and public sources.
- Familiarity with AI platforms and automation tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier, or Integromat/Make.
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings and making data-driven recommendations.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need.

Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business development, market research, or marketing analytics (government contracting experience is a plus)
