Mission
We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented Helpdesk Technician to join our IT team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user support, especially in environments running macOS. You’ll be the go-to person for resolving technical issues, maintaining endpoint compliance, and supporting the productivity of our employees. This role will involve daily collaboration with teams based in both the US and Israel.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for all company employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Mac computers.
- Manage and support Apple devices using Jamf.
- Administer and maintain user identities, devices, and access policies via JumpCloud for windows computers.
- Support employees with connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi troubleshooting and basic network diagnostics.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, including device setup and account provisioning.
- Monitor and escalate tickets through the internal ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the global IT team to implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Work closely with teams in Israel.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Helpdesk or IT Support role.
- Strong expertise with Mac environments (macOS troubleshooting, system preferences, hardware).
- Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro and JumpCloud.
- Solid understanding of Wi-Fi connectivity, basic network configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and common SaaS productivity tools.
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac computers.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
- English – Full professional proficiency (verbal and written).
Nice to Have (Bonus):
- Experience with Windows or hybrid Mac/Windows environments.
- Knowledge of MDM, endpoint protection, and IT security best practices.
- Experience with ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshservice, or Jira)
