This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in purchasing, vendor management, and supply chain processes. The intern will support various purchasing activities and assist in the overall optimization of procurement processes.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and maintain purchase orders and related documentation.
• Track and follow up on the status of orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Review and verify pricing, product specifications, and terms of agreements.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Help maintain and update purchasing databases and records.
• Participate in the negotiation of contracts or agreements with suppliers.
• Support the procurement team in preparing reports and analyzing spending trends.
• Assist with resolving order discrepancies or issues with suppliers.
   

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong interest in procurement, purchasing, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a purchasing or supply chain role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
