About the role
Kaimetrix is seeking a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist to support the Army G‑2 Data Capabilities Division (DCD) Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO) mission. This role provides senior‑level intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, scientists, and leadership across multiple intelligence disciplines, ensuring effective coordination, documentation, and execution of intelligence activities.
The Senior Intelligence Management Specialist demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge, strong analytic judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across the Intelligence Community to support complex, mission‑critical intelligence operations.
What you’ll do
Intelligence & Administrative Support
- Provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists across multiple intelligence disciplines
- Review documents for accuracy, classification compliance, and adherence to Army and IC standards
- Respond to staff requests related to accessing, coordinating, consolidating, or formatting intelligence materials
- Assist with administration and management of Requests for Information (RFIs), task actions, reports, and briefings
- Prepare correspondence, memoranda, and supporting documents required for effective management of DCD activities
Coordination, Meetings & Executive Support
- Create read‑ahead documents and briefing materials for official functions and meetings
- Coordinate with security personnel to ensure guests have appropriate access
- Build read‑ahead books or materials to support leadership engagements
- Support coordination of intelligence‑related meetings, taskings, and associated activities
Analytic Rigor & Methodology
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, or technically advanced
- Structure analysis based on trends in reporting and multiple analytic perspectives from analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines
- Develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence stakeholders
- Provide guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies
