About the Role

Workday is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, passionate about leveraging data to influence business decisions. This is an outstanding opportunity to combine your technical expertise, deep understanding of S2P, and exceptional presentation skills to drive significant impact! The role involves supporting data-driven decisions to optimize processes and communicating strategic recommendations. The focus is on making complex data more accessible, understandable, and usable.

This role sits within the Global Procurement Office (GPO) and would report into the Senior Manager, Business Intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, define, and clarify business requirements

• Translate stakeholder needs into efficient reports and dashboards that provide data-driven insights

• Leverage datasets across Workday and other applications to investigate key business trends, performance, issues, behaviors, and metrics

• Create quarterly business reviews and communicate them to the stakeholders

• Support and enhance the data infrastructure built using Workday Prism and Workday Reporting

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science or Business Intelligence roles
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, or similar
• 3+ years of experience supporting a Procurement organization
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering or a related field
   

Other Qualifications

• Ability to comprehensively understand the Source-to-Pay process
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data mining, and business intelligence tools and techniques
• Advanced SQL & Python skills, with experience using SQL & Python to perform analysis, transform data, and build large-scale relational datasets
• Experience with Workday tools & platforms is a plus
• Masterful storytelling abilities
• Ability to lead cross functional programs, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure the highest level of quality in reports & data analysis.
• Past experience working in Consulting services focusing on procurement or supply chain
• Experience in developing procurement-related machine learning models is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and exhibit digital dexterity in utilizing and learning new technologies
