Integrated Broadcast System Enterprise Curriculum Developer/Manager

The Opportunity:
As an Integrated Broadcast System (IBS) Curriculum Developer and Training Administrator you will have the opportunity to ensure enterprise personnel and users are trained and fully mission capable to ensure dissemination, processing, and application of actionable perishable intelligence and operational data to support global national security operations among multiple agencies, producers, and combatant commands.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement curriculum for IBS training programs tailored to IBS users, producers, and operations personnel
Lead a team of trainers to execute curriculum on station and at customer sites for the IBS users and producers
Solicit feedback from users and industry to ensure curriculum currency and relevance
Design and update learning objectives, tasks, and visual aids that reflect system updates and modernization efforts for Job Qualification Standards and evaluation
Conduct and manage outreach to communicate GIBSSC leadership direction and policy on training requirements
Coordinate quarterly IBS Training Working Group meetings and use outcomes to inform GIBSSC leadership on Status of Training
Participate in program working groups as needed to identify training objectives and availability
Attend enterprise leadership discussions to ensure awareness of system-level issues and objectives
Qualifications:
Required:
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Bachelor’s degree in technical or intelligence field, or 5 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering intelligence training across multiple modalities
Experience in IBS mission, objectives, and consumer/producer organizations
Experience in curriculum development for military and civilian training programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in managing staff, personnel development, and mentorship
