Human Resources Generalist

Dark Wolf Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our pack. The successful candidate will support our HR team by maintaining our HRIS system and employee personnel records and providing overall assistance to or Human Resources Director. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on an HR team and assisting with the following responsibilities:
- Providing assistance with HR related inquiries, employee relations, and operational activities.
- Preparing and analyzing various personnel and resource management reports.
- Conducting onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Assisting with new employee training and training program administration.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements.
- Providing personnel policy administrative support and procedure guidance to employees and management.
- Providing support for employee benefit programs, enrollments, changes, and training.
- Supporting leave and performance management efforts.
- Developing and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company focusing on employee morale and company culture.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years human resources or operations experience
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Foundational knowledge of Google Sheets
- Understanding of personnel and compliance records management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- HS Diploma
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or higher
- Experience with the HRIS system ADP
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
This position has remote flexibility but candidates must be based out of the Colorado Springs, CO or Herndon, VA areas with ability to support in office as needed.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $50,000 - $70,000, commensurate on experience.
