The Job Details:
- Recruiting new hires for the facility
- Work with site management to set staffing requirements and retain staffing levels.
- Update staffing spreadsheets that are sent out weekly.
- Post jobs online, on social media, in newspaper (develop ad), internally on TVs and bulletin boards.
- Recruit, phone screen, interview, extend offers and complete offer process (background checks and drug test).
- Participate in onsite job fairs.
- Develop relationships with local colleges and cities to attend off site job fairs.
- Prepare orientation packets, Complete new hire orientation and new hire paperwork (UKG, State reporting, Dimensions, and E-verify)
- Maintain current lists
- Time clock programming and badge creation.
- Set up group interviews with site management
- Update and check the recruiting e-mail box
- Update the TV’s
- Review payroll if needed
- Work with supervisors to ensure disciple and timecards are coded correctly in Dimensions
- Check off disciplines as they are received in
- Run reports to ensure all disciplines are being administered and completed.
- Establish and maintain HR staff records and reports.
- Assist associates with benefits enrollment during open enrollment, new hire sign-up, and when associates have life changing events.
- Conduct 401k and Pension meetings prior to the 1year mark with the employees
- Assist with filing
- Work with local staffing company and ensure temporary associate staffing levels are being met and adjusted daily or as often as needed.
- Help complete the termination process if needed.

What We Are Looking For:
Education
• High School Degree required
Experience
• Minimum of one (1) year of progressively responsible human resources experience. Must have the ability to provide guidance, work direction and to motivate others to obtain improved performance. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Professional knowledge and experience in human resource management including problem solving, conflict resolution skills, consulting skills, operational management skills, solid financial and analytical skills.
