We are looking for a Home-Based Customer Service Assistant to join a growing U.S.-based company in the promotional products industry. In this role, you will provide high-quality customer support by handling inbound calls and emails, assisting with product and order inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and supporting Account Managers. You will play an important role in maintaining customer satisfaction, providing accurate product information, and helping customers find products and services that meet their needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Responsible for attending DEBCO high-volume customer call queue

• Responsible for responding to customer-related emails

• Responsible for supporting our Account Managers

• Following up with customers on orders that are on hold

• Quoting catalogue pricing

• Suggesting alternative products and services to meet customer requests 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.   

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Promotional Products, Marketing, Sales, Sales Support, or a related role.

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.  

• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. 

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools.

  • Direct promotional products industry experience is preferred.

  • Comparable e-commerce experience is also beneficial.

  • Ability to adapt communication and service approach to different types of customers.

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls is preferred.

  • Experience in customer retention or inside sales is an advantage.

  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems and applications.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - 35,000

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (USA) 

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
