About the Role:
We are looking for a Group Product Manager to drive user growth and engagement through our notifications product and platform. In this role, you will brainstorm new ways to match users with compelling insights, opportunities, and other valuable tools throughout their professional journey. You will own our notifications platform, which ensures that we can connect users with valuable information in highly personalized and relevant ways. You will align your partners and leadership around your plan and work closely with your cross-functional team members to deliver on your vision.
What You'll Do:
- You will focus on Glassdoor’s notifications product and platform, powering experiences across our consumer and employer products
- Establish the product vision and strategy for your product area, and build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners, and product / company leadership
- Define your key performance indicator(s) that drive company goals, and achieve them
- Make informed, user-centric decisions using quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation (e.g. a/b testing, survey data, usability studies)
- Work closely with the UX team to drive user research and testing, and with design to create delightful experiences for our consumers that keep them coming back
- Define and build out the product experience, partnering with design, engineering, data teams, marketing, and external vendors to improve and build new features
- Influence other product teams and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes in your area.
What You'll Bring:
- A commitment to add to our culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- 8+ years of proven results in product management within fast-paced, agile environments
- 3+ years of experience driving growth for a consumer product with millions of users
- Strong strategic skills, business intuition and user-centric thinking
- Excellent analytical, data-driven decision making, and AB testing skills
- Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams like engineering, design, marketing and data science to deliver outstanding results for users and the business
- Experience with notifications products, ideally in a social network or community product context, is a strong plus
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary Range*: $152,200 - $202,100
*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.
Annual Bonus Target**: 15%
**Bonuses are paid in 6-month intervals, aligning with bi-annual performance reviews
Generous Restricted Stock Units (RSU):
***Restricted Stock Units (RSU) are awarded at hire and may be refreshed annually. Additionally, as a pay-for-performance company, there are additional RSU grant awards for the very top performers.
