About the role

Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer, you will support the Marketing team in creating digital and print assets for marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and client projects. This role is ideal for a proactive creative thinker with a strong eye for design, typography, and layout, eager to develop their skills in a collaborative environment. Must be able to conceptualize and improvise when all creative details are not supplied by internal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, web assets, presentations, and print collateral.
  • Assist in creating and refining branding elements such as logos, typography, and color palettes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with brand guidelines.
  • Support the development of website and digital media designs, ensuring responsiveness and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Edit and retouch images for campaigns, products, and promotional materials.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or Canva.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Portfolio demonstrating creative design work (required).
