Global Serialization Lead

Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Systems Director your primary responsibility will be as part of a System's Centre of Excellence, whereby you lead projects and day-to-day processes relating to Supply Chain business operations. Your primary area of focus will be Serialization, whereby you will be expected to take ownership of the day-to-day operations (such as campaign readiness, incident resolution, GS1 ownership) and lead on serialization implementation projects across the operating network.

You can work in a hybrid capacity with at least 1 day onsite a week at our CSL Seqirus in Holly Springs, NC. We have an Onsite Café, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, and PTO available from your first day of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Serialization business process activities (such as campaign readiness, incident resolution, GS1 ownership, regulatory management) and be the go-to serialization subject matter expert (SME).
• Lead on continuous improvement activities across the additional systems, with specific emphasis on SAP ECC, Data and Analytics.
• Lead serialization implementation projects. As part of the Serialization responsibility, you will also support packaging and label projects across the organization as a Serialization SME.
• The center of excellence will define how we use our systems globally in Supply Chain. As part of this team, you will help further enhance control and harmonization for Seqirus. The team will also facilitate business process improvements across supply chain functions (e.g. Planning process improvements, Logistics process improvements) whereby you will also lead projects.
• Under general direction, develops processes and procedures to report on, manage and mitigate loss and security risks.
• You will have a both a project management and technical focus, with taking the initiative to maintain and enhance existing decision and analytical support models and tools, developing them to both increase productivity and elicit innovative and incisive insight into supply chain process and performance.
• Lead additional projects relating to Supply Chain business processes. These initiatives can be focused on system control (e.g. SAP ECC Supply Chain master data harmonization) or business processes relating to the wider Supply Chain organization (e.g. Logistics, Planning, Warehouse, Contract Manufacturers).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in business, science or related field
• 5 years' supply chain experience including managing projects within pharmaceutical or related industry
• Experience in materials management systems
• Experience in Serialization
