Job Description
As a Global Brand Project Manager your primary job is to ensure that your brands are prepared to execute on marketing plans throughout various lifecycles of the product. While not leading strategy or creative development, this role is critical to the execution of key marketing plans. You will collaborate closely and communicate with internal teams, partners, agencies, global marketing teams, and game development studios to ensure that all key stakeholders have the information, assets, and approvals they need to execute. You also will ensure brand assets are created to required specifications, routed, QC’d, and delivered to internal and external partners/teams. Being highly organized, detail-oriented, efficient, collaborative, and team-focused will be crucial to success in this role. You must have exceptional creative project management, process, and people management skills.
What you’ll do:
- Know the full breadth of project timelines for your brand(s).
- Be the executional point of contact for setting up/modifying campaign plans in our standardized, trackable solution on your brand/portfolio.
- Build strong relationships, organizational knowledge, and function as a liaison between internal and external teams to drive the finalization of marketing assets according to alignment matrices
- Coordinate daily task tracking and project management activities with your brand team(s) while promoting intra-team accountability.
- Own, advise, and set expectations for asset versioning and release timelines with game development studios, internal creative teams, and agencies.
- Manage and advise the executional aspect of multiple milestones and timelines for marketing activations to include timely delivery of source files from game development studios or agencies, adherence to process steps, and appropriate distribution methods.
- Submit requests to other departments, as needed, through internal systems such as JIRA
- Be the knowledge expert of your brand(s) approved style guides, toolkits, and industry/partner standards (Age Ratings, Legal, first party, retail, etc.). Provide additional quality control that adheres to these standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of assets (video, digital art) to the correct technical specifications, branding, and file naming/management utilizing Adobe CS applications, video players, and file management locations.
- Communicate between teams, agencies, and partners when assets are available, have been revised, or are no longer available for use.
- Continually work to improve efficiency and best processes between teams.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
- Experience in a marketing environment/creative organization.
- General knowledge of production and creative terminology as it relates to print, TV, online, etc. Understands file types like aep, psd, psb, mov, jpg, png. Basic understanding of video compression.
- Experience with MS Suite (Excel,Teams, Sharepoint, etc), JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, and DAMs.
- Project management experience and creative production and post-production process knowledge.
