Are you a morning person who loves fitness and enjoys creating a positive, welcoming environment? Join our team as a Member Experience Associate for the opening shift (4:45 am start M-F) and be the face of our gym!

What You’ll Do:

• Open the facility and ensure everything is ready for members
• Greet and check in members with a smile
• Provide top-tier customer service and support
• Handle phone calls, questions, and member inquiries
• Keep the front area clean, organized, and energized
• Assist with light administrative tasks and product sales
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and punctual – showing up early is your thing
• Friendly and approachable with great communication skills
• Energetic and motivated by a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Interest in fitness a big plus!
