Chemours is seeking a Finance Manager to join our growing Financial Analysis team.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: ​​

  • Accountable for a specified scope of financial analysis and decision support

  • Perform and/or review ad hoc reporting and financial analyses

  • Maintain effective internal controls in accordance with company standards and SOX requirements

The following is required for this role:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting;

  • 10-12 years of Corporate and/or Business Finance experience

  • A strong understanding of US GAAP accounting, SEC reporting, and financial statements

  • Ability to develop and analyze discounted cash flow financial models

  • A clear demonstration of the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic fast-paced environment

  • Experience in leading a team of finance professionals

  • Work well in teams with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization, including senior management

  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel modeling capabilities and Microsoft PowerPoint presentation framing and compilation

  • Familiarity with ledger systems (SAP, Business Warehouse, OneStream) and recently introduced data analysis tools (Alteryx, Power BI)

The following is required for this role:

  • MBA and/or CPA a plus
