Head of Partnerships

About the role

As Head of Partnerships, your mandate will be to strengthen Character’s strategic position across the AI and consumer landscape through bespoke partnerships that drive usage, revenue, and lock-in of Character’s product and core AI capabilities. 

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years of relevant experience building strategic partnerships, with at least 5 years directly managing people and teams, and ideally at a consumer software company

• You are very adept at operating at all levels with the ability to be hands-on while also keeping an eye on the strategic big picture

• Strong product instincts with the ability to identify trends and net new opportunities in the market

• Expert knowledge of the AI landscape/ecosystem
