As a result, we obtained a rating of 89/100 in 2022 for the annual Index of professional equality and are happy to say that 44% of our teams are women.<br/>As a Senior Partnerships Operations Manager, your mission will be to help us manage, develop and scale our partnership strategy in Germany. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Qonto's German partnerships, including coordination with external partners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. In your new role, you will develop and implement strategies to optimize partnerships and ensure smooth and successful execution of all partnerships initiatives as key to Qonto’s success in Germany.You will directly report to Jan-Luca, our Head of Partnerships - Germany, and work closely with the VP Germany, and other teams from Growth, Product/Tech.<br/>👩💻🧑💻As a Strategic Partnerships Operations Manager at Qonto, you will<br/>• Manage the day-to-day operations of partnerships, including coordination with external partners and internal stakeholders• Support the partnerships team in all aspects of partnership management, including onboarding, tracking, and maintenance of partnerships• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership strategies and initiatives• Implement processes for efficient and effective partnership management• Analyze and measure the success of partnerships and make recommendations for improvement, including metrics such as revenue and engagement• Oversee budget and resource allocation for partnerships• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify potential new partners<br/>🤔 What you can expect<br/>• Interact with companies and partners from various industries, founders, startups, etc.• Work on keys topics for the future growth of Qonto in Germany, Qonto’s fastest-growing market;• Learning and improving your ways of working every day within a fast-paced and international environment;• Cross-team collaboration with product, marketing, legal, and tech;<br/>🤝 Your future manager:<br/>You will join the German team led by <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/janlucamoelling/">Jan-Luca</a> our Head of Partnerships - Germany.<br/>• His path: After spending several years at Deutsche Bank in different international strategy roles, he co-founded a corporate venture for them in Berlin, and quickly scaled it to four European markets and over 300k active customers. This first-hand entrepreneurial experience made him interested to join the scale-up Penta where he signed responsible for their product and commercial strategy. After the merger with Qonto, he will be central to build-up fruitful collaborations in Europe’s largest market.<br/>• What he can bring to you: Combining his background in banking and tech, Jan-Luca has a unique experience in executing top strategic projects and processes end-to-end, both in multicultural corporate and startup contexts. He is passionate about key technology and regulatory trends in the payments and banking space with an extensive network in the German VC and fintech industry. He values hands-on can-do attitude and is always available for a chat.<br/>🏅About You<br/>• You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing).• 3+ years of experience in partnership management or a related field.• Experience in a fast-pac
