SAP SRM Senior Consultant

<p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p><span><b>Responsibilities:</b></span></p><p><span>• work as a member of SAP maintenance &amp; development team providing 2nd and 3rd level SAP support to the client<br/>• solve the user-raised issues (Incidents, Problems) and implement break-fix changes<br/>• fulfill service requests submitted by client's users<br/>• lead implementation of business-driven Change Requests, based on client's needs<br/>• maintain positive and productive relations with other team members and client representatives</span></p><p></p><p><span><b>Skills/experience - required:</b></span></p><p><span>• at least bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field preferred<br/>• excellent knowledge of <span>Procurement/Purchasing</span> end-to-end processes<br/>• 7+ years of SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) consultant experience<br/>• practical experience in the following SRM-supported business scenarios: Service Procurement, Self-service Procurement, Plan-Driven Procurement, Catalog Content Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procure-To-Pay<br/>• experience in clinet facing SAP support projects<br/>• self managed, able to prioritize work and provide a solution when required<br/>• ability to translate customer requirements into technical requirements<br/>• technical and analytical skills<br/>• team-working skills<br/>• positive, can-do attitude<br/>• focus on the client's needs</span></p><p></p><p><span><b>Skills - nice-to-have</b></span> :</p><p><span>• experience in SAP MM module<br/>• experience in other SAP modules (e.g. SAP FI/CO/HCM/SF)<br/>• ability to analyse ABAP and debug custom developments<br/>• ITIL experience<br/>• knowledge of Service Now</span></p><p></p><p><span><b>Language requirements:</b></span></p><p><span>• fluent in English</span></p><p></p><p><span><b>Travel requirements:</b></span></p><p><span>• </span><span>minimal</span></p><p></p><p><span>#LI-hybrid</span></p><p></p><p><span>At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
