The Representative Policy Board of the South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority is seeking to fill an opening on the governing board of the Authority. The ideal candidate would have senior level experience managing large capital projects, operations, and strategic planning along with prior experience on a public or private Board of Directors. Candidate backgrounds may include engineering, legislative or utility regulatory agency, operations at a high level, business/utility law, finance, human resources, conservation, environmental land use, and local or state government, significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, and post-closing integration.
This is a part-time salaried position, which requires approximately 200 or more hours per year, including business hours. Candidates must reside in Connecticut and have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience.
