You’ll work alongside our Head of Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to hire great candidates efficiently, by working alongside our sourcing team to get good leads and engineering team to improve the current processes. You will also be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring senior executive leaders in all areas of the organization.</p><p>To be successful in this role, you must have in-depth knowledge of all the dynamics of hiring in the tech industry, good inter-personal relationships to engage candidates and internal clients, as well as great time management and analytical thinking to suggest process changes in a continuous improvement environment. You must also stay up to date with industry trends regarding best practices to hire engineers and senior leaders and have a great network to reach out when needed.</p><p>In this role, you will mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists, while reporting directly to our Head of Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in talent acquisition strategies and outstanding time management and communication skills.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>You will get the chance to:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with managers to understand requirements and establish effective recruiting strategies.</li><li>Develop and advertise accurate job descriptions to attract a highly qualified candidate pool.</li><li>Identify creative and strategic ways to source great people.</li><li>Act as a business partner for Senior Leadership related to hiring leaders across the company.</li><li>Apply effective recruiting practices to passive and active candidates.</li><li>Screen, interview and evaluate candidates.</li><li>Work closely with engineering team to assess the best ways on designing the recruiting process to hire faster and better.</li><li>Evaluate candidates by competencies to have an estimation on the core and leading competencies level when assessing candidate fit for position.</li><li>Foster long-lasting relationships with candidates.</li><li>Share best practice interviewing techniques with managers and technical practice leads.</li><li>Build an effective network of internal and external resources to call on as needed.</li><li>Work with the sourcing team to develop good strategies that drive the team to provide good leads to process.</li><li>Partner with Marketing to develop and deliver a disruptive employer brand strategy.</li><li>Promote Applaudo values in every candidate interaction and be skillful in selling why is good to work with us.</li><li>Design and monitor key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our employment practices.</li><li>Develop recommendations for course corrections by leveraging data from our ATS.</li><li>Continually search for opportunities to elevate our brand by identifying industry best practices, evaluating competitors and nurturing networks and partnerships.</li></ul><p><strong>What will help you succeed?</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition for a technology services company.</li><li>2+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting for senior executive positions.</li><li>Proven ability to become an advisor to your hiring managers.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in developing strategies to perform in number of hires, time to hire.</li><li>Expertise in gathering insights and feedback for continuous improvement opportunities.</li><li>In-depth understanding of Talent Acquisition metrics and measuring team capacity.</li></ul><p><strong>We are interested in hard-working and fast-learning talents!
