RANDALL Titusville Electrical Division is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and career-driven Administrative / Entry-level Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of large-scale commercial electrical construction projects along the Space Coast of Florida from our office in Titusville.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Entry-Level Project Coordinator to join our team, supporting the management and execution of a multi-million-dollar project. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who is eager to grow in the field of construction project coordination by supporting senior project managers in day-to-day administrative operations.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in the coordination, planning, and monitoring of large-scale projects from the jobsite.
- Badging as needed, generating and track material purchase orders, maintain safety certification records for all jobsite manpower.
- Coordinate the collection and timely submission of weekly timesheets for on-site personnel.
- Support project managers by maintaining project schedule, documentation, and key deliverables.
- Track project milestones, progress, and budget allocations, ensuring alignment with organization objectives.
- Prepare reports and meeting materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain project filing systems, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate logistics for project meetings, site visits, and team activities.
- Assist with risk management documentation and compliance reporting.
Desired Qualification Requirements and Attributes :
- Experience in related field is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sage Accounting is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
