We are currently seeking a Project Program Senior Director - Life & Annuities - REMOTE to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

This is a permanent, fulltime, salaried position with benefits.  Not open to C2C or C2H.

 

This position is fully Remote/Work from Home and may be based anywhere in the continental United States

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Program Senior Director:

 

1. Provide overall management controls and direction for the completion of the remaining release thru to the completion of the transition
2. This will include;
   • Management responsibility for all work streams committed to each release, managing individual project management teams to commitments made on behalf of NTT to the Client
   • Ensure the production and maintenance of work plans that schedule the work associated with each work stream and ensure adherence to dates by the project management teams
   • Ensure plans are correctly baselined for tracking purposes with routine maintenance of actuals recorded and estimates to complete maintained
   • Provide regular governance and cadence for internal teams and Everlake to track progress / manage issues and risks
   • Manage onboarding/offboarding of resources to release completion
   • Manage and coordinate entry and exit stages through the test phases
   • Manage releases through production readiness phases
   • Manage release shut down activities

 

Basic, Required Qualifications:

• Minimum ten years of experience in Business Architecture of transition programs from carrier to a TPA
• Minimum ten years of experience working in the Life Insurance vertical
• Minimum five years of experience architecting Life Insurance solutions

 

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $127,900 - $296,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
