Responsibilities

• Be an essential part of the Chiropractic Assistant team
  
  
• Be the face of New Patient Intake and deliver an incredible first experience
  
  
• Own the front desk: answer phones, greet patients, and manage schedules
  
  
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient care is smooth, efficient, and personal
  
  
• Educate patients about the value of chiropractic care and guide them toward their goals
  
  
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient files and process payments with attention to detail
  
  
• Support patients through conversations about care plans, payments, and progress
  
  
• Step in wherever needed to help the team succeed—whether it’s folding towels or diving into a tough day
