JOB SPECIFICATION: CHIEF MAINTENANCE MECHANIC A

DUTIES:
Under general supervision, to work with and direct a small group of maintenance mechanics to maintain, operate, test, troubleshoot, construct, install, inspect and repair most complicated types of mechanical and electrical equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Should have at least three years' experience as a Maintenance Mechanic C or the equivalent.
Should be thoroughly familiar with the Company's equipment, standards and practices applicable to this type of work, and have a good knowledge of fundamental theory relating thereto; ability to read diagrams and construction prints.

NOTES:
Employees will be assigned job tasks of equal, lower rated or higher rated job classifications commensurate with their skills, training, safety and knowledge of the jobs to be assigned.

Pay: $49.77/hr. per the CBA
