PLEASE NOTE: The starting salary placement depends on qualifications and experience and is anticipated to be in the range of $7,371.00 per month to $10,823.00 per month.

About the Position

Responsibilities
Coordinates logistics, reporting, remediating, and documentation efforts related to compliance with the CSU systemwide ATI guidelines and Title II compliance
- Prepares ATI annual reports reflecting all goals and deliverables achieved in the areas of web, instructional materials, procurements, and other possible areas. Coordinates submission of these reports to the CO annually.
- Monitor progress on previously upgraded status indicators to maintain the assigned status level. Generate, gather, and present evidentiary documentation to support the selection of status levels across all success indicators and standards.
- Identify and request resources required to operationalize the status indicators, create business practices, and reach an "established" level or above.
- Technical advisor to the Sr. Director, CIO, and ASO director on implementing section IV, "Information Resources and Technology Access" of EO 1111 and ATI Coded Memorandums.
- Coordinate the effort on meeting DOJ/Title II compliances requirements with necessary departments or teams across campuses.
- Continuously seek to improve processes and procedures and maintain technical and functional procedural documents and policy guides for existing and new business processes concerning ITS Digital Accessibility and the ATI campus plan. Monitors status of all ATI compliance business process documentation, including revision status, related positions, or departments required to maintain ATI business continuity, maintains said documentation in the cloud-based repository and publishes on the web when required.
- Collaborates with the Sr. Director, CIO, ASO Director to improve ATI compliance, with ITS training to develop accessibility training content and curriculum, and with information technology colleagues across campus to further the mission of ATI.
- Generates statistical reports at the request of the Sr. Director, CIO, or ASO Director and to complete ATI reporting and planning.
- Develops, updates, maintains, and publishes ATI content on ATI SharePoint, and the University's ATI web page.
- On some occasions, oversees student assistant time and labor paperwork, scheduling, and related administration to ensure compliance with university Guidelines.
- Participation in institution and system-wide meetings: Incumbent shall participate in all ATI priority areas monthly Subcommittee meetings to align their procedures and objectives with the goals and success indicators of the ATI annual report and campus plan. Participate in monthly CO systemwide ATI meetings.
