Location : Bruxelles<br> Start date : 01/09/2026<br> Duration : Long term<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> We are looking for an experienced <b>Senior Odoo ERP Program Manager</b> to lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and governance of our corporate ERP landscape covering <b>Finance, CRM, HR, and related business functions</b>.<br> As Program Manager, you will orchestrate multiple parallel workstreams, ensuring architectural consistency, business process integration, roadmap execution, and successful delivery across the entire ERP transformation program.<br> Working closely with business stakeholders, internal teams, and external implementation partners, you will drive the successful rollout of a scalable and future-proof Odoo platform.<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Program Leadership</strong></p><ul> <li>Lead the end-to-end Odoo ERP transformation program across multiple functional domains. </li> <li>Coordinate several parallel implementation tracks while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. </li> <li>Manage the program roadmap, milestones, releases, and cross-functional dependencies. </li> <li>Report program progress, risks, and strategic decisions to executive leadership and steering committees. </li> </ul><p><strong>ERP Solution &amp; Process Integration</strong></p><ul> <li>Oversee the implementation of <b>Finance, CRM, HR</b>, and related Odoo modules. </li> <li>Ensure seamless end-to-end business processes across all functional areas. </li> <li>Promote standardization and optimization of business processes. </li> <li>Guarantee consistency across the entire ERP ecosystem. </li> </ul><p><strong>Architecture &amp; Governance</strong></p><ul> <li>Ensure all implementation tracks comply with the organization's ERP architecture principles. </li> <li>Govern solution consistency, scalability, and long-term maintainability. </li> <li>Coordinate with solution architects and implementation partners to maintain architectural integrity. </li> </ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong></p><ul> <li>Act as the central point of coordination between Business, IT, and external Odoo partners. </li> <li>Facilitate decision-making across multiple departments. </li> <li>Align priorities and resolve cross-functional dependencies. </li> </ul><p><strong>Risk &amp; Quality Management</strong></p><ul> <li>Identify and proactively manage technical, operational, and organizational risks. </li> <li>Ensure every project phase meets functional and technical quality standards. </li> <li>Drive continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle. </li> </ul><p><strong>Change Management &amp; Adoption</strong></p><ul> <li>Lead organizational change initiatives supporting the ERP transformation. </li> <li>Coordinate training activities and user adoption strategies. </li> <li>Ensure business teams successfully embrace new processes and ways of working. </li> </ul><p><strong>Expected Deliverables</strong></p><ul> <li>A fully integrated Odoo ERP platform connecting Finance, CRM, HR, and supporting business functions. </li> <li>A clear transformation roadmap with milestones, releases, and dependency management. </li> <li>Standardized business processes across the organization. </li> <li>A scalable ERP architecture supporting future business growth. </li> <li>Successful user adoption through structured change management and training initiatives. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Extensive experience leading large-scale ERP implementation programs. </li> <li>Proven experience with <b>Odoo ERP</b> implementations. </li> <li>Strong understanding of Finance, CRM, and HR business processes. </li> <li>Experience managing multiple workstreams within complex transformation programs. </li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. </li> <li>Strong knowledge of ERP governance, enterprise architecture, and process integration. </li> <li>Experience with organizational change management and user adoption strategies. </li> <li>Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on program execution. </li> </ul>
