Talencia Consulting - Project Manager

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to coordinate and deliver Infrastructure, Cloud and Network projects within a large enterprise environment.<br> Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and external partners, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to governance standards. You will contribute to the organization's IT transformation by leading initiatives focused on infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, connectivity and security.<p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p> Infrastructure, Cloud &amp; Network projects<br> You will coordinate a variety of initiatives, including:<br> <ul> <li>Cloud infrastructure projects and migrations </li> <li>Network modernization and infrastructure upgrades </li> <li>Data Center infrastructure projects </li> <li>Infrastructure security initiatives </li> <li>Identity &amp; Access Management (IAM) and PKI projects </li> <li>Connectivity, resilience and technical debt reduction </li> <li>Other Infrastructure, Cloud and Network initiatives </li> </ul> Project delivery:<br> <ul> <li>Coordinate projects from initiation to delivery. </li> <li>Manage scope, planning, budget, timelines and deliverables. </li> <li>Monitor risks, issues and dependencies. </li> <li>Coordinate testing, UAT and production deployments. </li> </ul> Stakeholder &amp; team management:<br> <ul> <li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors. </li> <li>Prepare project reporting and steering committee updates. </li> <li>Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. </li> </ul> Governance:<br> <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with PMO standards and project governance. </li> <li>Maintain project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>5 to 7 years of experience in IT Project Management. </li> <li>Experience delivering Infrastructure, Cloud or Network projects. </li> <li>Good understanding of enterprise Infrastructure and Cloud environments. </li> <li>Experience managing scope, planning, budgets, risks and timelines. </li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. </li> <li>Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies. </li> </ul> Nice to have:<br> <ul> <li>Prince2, PMP or equivalent certification. </li> <li>Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). </li> <li>Enterprise networking technologies. </li> <li>IAM, PKI or Infrastructure Security projects. </li> <li>Virtualization technologies. </li> <li>Experience in a retail or large enterprise environment. </li> </ul><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience. </li> <li>Strong organizational, planning and communication skills. </li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. </li> <li>Proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset. </li> <li>Team player with excellent stakeholder management skills. </li> <li>Languages: <ul> <li>English: Mandatory </li> <li>French or Dutch: One national language is mandatory </li> </ul> </li> </ul>
