This position will work closely with regional sales executives in our Account Advancement group as a key contributor within Bentley’s Finance team, and report to the Global Services Financial manager. You will provide key insights, and KPI’s to business leaders to help drive action within the teams. You will also support the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes, as well as provide insights and recommendations for optimization and efficiency. This position requires a strong background in financial analysis, and strategic thinking, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.</span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Your Day-to-Day:</b></span></span></p> <p align="left"> </p> <ul> <li align="left"><span><span><span>Monitor, analyze, and report on sales data and performance to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.</span></span></span></li> <li align="left"><span><span><span>Ensure that the sales pipeline is consistently up-to-date and accurate. Work closely with the sales team to maintain a clean pipeline, identify potential gaps, and eliminate any bottlenecks that may impact forecasting or sales outcomes. Ensure all stages of the pipeline are properly tracked, reflecting realistic sales opportunities and timelines.</span></span></span></li> <li align="left"><span><span><span>Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, by providing performance analysis, and guidance to regional executives and the finance team</span></span></span></li> <li align="left"><span><span><span>Conduct in-depth financial analysis and ROI reports for regional executives and business leaders </span></span></span></li> <li align="left"><span><span><span>Identify and implement opportunities for optimization and efficiency, by conducting benchmarking, scenario analysis, and best practices research</span></span></span></li> <li align="left"><span><span><span>Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business plans and align strategies accordingly</span></span></span></li> <li align="left"><span><span><span>Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for special projects and initiatives</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>What You Bring to The Team:</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li align="left"><span><span><span>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience.</span></span></span></li> <li align="left"><span><span><span>3-5 years work experience</span></span></span></li> <li align="left"><span><span><span>Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting, preferably in a software or technology company</span></span></span></li> <li align="left"><span><span><span>Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.) and experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Qlik)</span></span></span></li> <li align="left"><span><span><span>Salesforce knowledge and experience a plus</span></span></span></li> <li align="left"><span><span><span>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to a diverse audience</span></span></span></li> <li align="left"><span><span><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy</span></span></span></li> <li align="left"><span><span><span>Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and positive attitude</span></span></span></li> <li align="left"><span><span><span>Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-oriented environment</span></span></span></li> <li align="left"><span><span><span>Commitment to process improvement and the ability to think "outside of the box"</span></span></span></li> <li align="left"><span><span><span>Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer.
