(Senior) Account Manager Digital Marketing (div/f/m)

You will be responsible for managing and developing client accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns, content marketing strategies, SEO optimization, Data architecture &amp; MarTech deployment and many more diverse client projects, always aiming to drive growth and innovation for your clients.</p> <p>Essentially, we want those who see themselves as our collaborator first and less of an administrator. Then you’re exactly what we’re looking for! </p> <h4>Your Responsibilities:</h4> <ul> <li>You are the main point of contact for clients, build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships and develop a deep understanding their business models &amp; goals</li> <li>Introduce and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with clients' growth plans and objectives.</li> <li>Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple channels.</li> <li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvements and identifying new growth opportunities.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including paid, creative, technical, and strategic experts, to gather fresh ideas and lead client conversations proactively.</li> <li>Stay updated on market trends, identify opportunities for account growth, and present beneficial proposals to clients.</li> </ul> <h4>Your Skills and Experiences:</h4> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in client consulting, digital marketing, or account management</li> <li>Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and tech developments</li> <li>You shine with your personal presence, empathy and bring a positive can-do attitude to your team </li> <li>You are a strong communicator and can provide complex information clearly and persuasively. Preferably you are a German native speaker</li> <li>You are analytical and it’s easy for you to quickly identify actions &amp; opportunities in a business setup.
