Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Specialist to drive data-driven decision making across finance and business operations. This role combines financial expertise with advanced analytics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the IT department to promote the systematization of various modules such as pricing, commercial policies, financial offers, promotions, rebate settlements, etc.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor analysis on the responsible vehicle models.
• Conduct complex data analysis to identify business opportunities and operational efficiencies
• Develop predictive models for financial forecasting and business planning
• Create automated reporting solutions for key business and financial metrics
• Partner with business units to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations
• Lead special projects requiring advanced analytics and financial modeling
• Build and maintain dashboards for executive reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in analytics role with focus on finance/business
• Strong programming skills (Python/R) and SQL expertise
• Advanced spoken and written Chinese and English
• Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and BI platforms
• Experience with large dataset analysis and data mining
• Strong financial acumen and business understanding
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
